DO YOU OFFER free delivery?

Yes! We provide free delivery to restaurants and businesses located within 100 km of our Pickering, Ontario warehouse. If you’re outside this area, additional delivery fees may apply. Please contact us for details.

WHAT Types of takeout supplies do you sell?

We carry a wide range of packaging and restaurant supplies, including containers, pizza boxes, paper bags, napkins, cutlery, sushi trays, and more. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, let us know—we may be able to source it for you.

CAn i request custom products or branding?

Yes! We can help source custom-printed bags, boxes, or other takeout supplies with your restaurant’s branding. Minimum quantities and lead times apply—reach out to us for details and a quote.

How do i place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website, or by emailing us at pakdltd@gmail.com or calling (416) 605-3146. We’ll confirm your items, pricing, and delivery time. Regular customers can also set up recurring orders for convenience.

WHAT IF I NEED A product that isn’t on listed on the website?

No problem! We’re always expanding our product selection. If you need something specific that you don’t see online, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to find it or recommend an alternative.

How Fast is delivery?

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days in Toronto and the GTA. Larger or custom orders may require additional time, but we’ll always confirm delivery timelines with you.

Do you have minimum order REQUIREMENTS?

No, we don’t have order minimums. You can order as much—or as little—as you need.
